Delete your Walpy account & data

You can request the deletion of your Walpy Wallpapers account and all associated user data at any time — either directly inside the app or by sending an email request below.

Option 1 — Delete inside the app

Open the Walpy Wallpapers app and sign in to your account.
Open the side menu from the home screen.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion request when prompted.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to alekla0126@gmail.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request – Walpy and include the email address associated with your Walpy account. Requests are processed within 7 days.

What data is deleted

Upon confirmed deletion, the following data is permanently removed:

Your Walpy account credentials from Firebase Authentication.
Any account-linked preferences or data stored by the app.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. No data is retained after the deletion is processed.

Retention period

Account data is deleted within 7 days of the confirmed request. No data is retained after that period.
